Empire star Eva Longoria Bastón has partnered with pharmaceutical giant Novartis to launch Kiss This 4 MBC, a new initiative which aims to raise funds for people suffering from metastatic breast cancer, a form of cancer that has spread to other parts of the body, which currently has no cure.

People are encouraged to support the campaign by posting a selfie on social media with the hashtag #KissThis4MBC, and for every post Novartis will donate $10 to the Metastatic Breast Cancer Network and METAvivor charities. Longoria Bastón commented 'My sister thankfully is in remission from her breast cancer, but I know the statistics and there is a risk that it could come back and become metastatic. So this is personal to me. I want to help ignite our collective voices to drive change and raise money for this community that so urgently needs to be supported, recognised and heard'.
